General Director — Marvell Technology Vietnam
Dr. Quang-Dam Le is the General Director of Marvell Technology Vietnam, with a career spanning algorithm design and leadership roles at Gennum, ATI Technologies (AMD), and Broadcom. Holding a Ph.D. in Signal Processing, he is well known for his expertise in System Architecture, Signal Processing, and Artificial Intelligence.
Dr. Lam Trinh
Regional Sales Manager — Synopsys
Lam Trinh is a Regional Sales Manager at Synopsys, overseeing emerging markets including Vietnam, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. He collaborates closely with IC design start-ups, helping them leverage Synopsys technologies to accelerate time to market. With over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, he brings deep expertise in supporting innovation and growth in the region.
Rainer Kaltschmidt
Head of International Sales — Fraunhofer ENAS
Rainer Kaltschmidt is the Head of International Sales at Fraunhofer ENAS, specializing in industrial collaboration and scientific excellence. With leadership roles at Siemens Healthineers and Siemens X-Ray Vacuum Technology, he has driven innovation in medical imaging and Smart Health. His expertise spans R&D, product development, global business strategy, bridging technology, business, and people.
Jane Rygaard
Head of Corporate Partnerships — Nokia
Jane Rygaard is a seasoned ICT leader with over 25 years of experience in business development, product management, and industrial partnerships. As the Head of Corporate Partnerships at Nokia, she builds global ecosystems and fosters collaboration between corporations and startups. Passionate about technology’s societal impact, she drives innovations addressing sustainability challenges.
Dr. Thorsten Wild
Research Leader — Nokia Bell Labs
Thorsten Wild is an expert in wireless communications with a background in signal processing, multi-antenna systems, and physical layer design. Since joining Bell Labs in 2006 (now Nokia Bell Labs), he has led research in next-generation wireless systems and contributed to 3GPP standardization. With over 50 publications, 70 patents, and leadership in multiple European projects, he has advanced LTE, 5G, and the future of air interface technologies.
Dr. Le Hang Nguyen
Researcher — Nokia Bell Labs (Stuttgart)
Le Hang Nguyen is a researcher in wireless communications at Nokia Bell Labs in Stuttgart. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Konstanz in Germany and has conducted research at the Max Planck Institute in Stuttgart and the High Magnetic Field Laboratory in Grenoble, France. Prior to joining Nokia Bell Labs, she worked at Mattson Technology. Her current work focuses on advancing 6G technologies, integrating machine learning into physical-layer systems, and exploring sub-terahertz communications.
Bruno Paing
VP Europe — CEA-Leti
Bruno Paing is VP Europe at CEA-Leti, focusing on semiconductor technologies. With a background in electronics and digital communications systems (MS from CentraleSupélec) and an MBA from EM Lyon, he has held key roles in scientific diplomacy, marketing, and international business development across Europe, Asia, and North America. His career includes leadership positions at CEA-Leti, MINATEC, and CEA International, driving strategic partnerships in microelectronics and energy.
Laurent Delon is the Founder of LJ1D Consulting, an international business and advisory practice focused on the Telecom and Semiconductor industries, based in San Diego, California. A U.S. citizen and native of France, he has over 35 years of global experience spanning France, Asia, and the United States. He has served as a French Foreign Trade Advisor since 2015. Laurent holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from France, and has held senior roles at Qualcomm, Nokia, and the Alcatel Group.
